We accept returns of unopened, sealed items within 15 days of delivery. Open or used items, as well as travel size, testers, or partial-use bottles, are not eligible.

Report any defective, damaged, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We’ll provide a full refund or replacement, your choice.

If the package has no delivery scan, you’re automatically eligible for a full refund, regardless of insurance.

That’s considered a stolen package. Coverage depends on whether shipping insurance was purchased. If insured, you’ll need a carrier verification letter to file a claim. Without insurance and documentation, claims cannot be approved.

Your first return each month is covered by us with a prepaid label. Additional returns require customers to pay for return shipping, or a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund if you request a label. Original shipping is non-refundable.
